Project Overview

CoVantage Credit Union hired Miron to serve as construction manager for the renovation of a former Associated Bank in Wausau. The purchase of the vacated building allowed CoVantage to expand its services; however, the facility needed to undergo an extensive redesign and remodel to support the credit union’s operations and incorporate its branding. The remodeled building features six inside teller windows, a safe deposit box vault, four drive-up lanes, and a drive-up ATM for members. There are also updated offices and support areas for staff.
