About Carole Schaeffer

As Vice President, Business Development (Madison Region), Carole identifies and develops strategic relationships with partners and/or potential customers. Schaeffer continues to develop a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through customer contact and prospecting, working with marketing, sales and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. Schaeffer graduated from Concordia University-Mequon with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and earned a Master of Public Administration from the UW-Madison LaFollette School of Public Affairs. Prior to joining Miron, Schaeffer was the executive director at Smart Growth Greater Madison, Inc. and continues to serve as principal of Schaeffer Consulting.
